We take the time upfront to understand your business and the situation behind the challenge, then we use that data to define what would be required for the placement to be successful.

Benchmark candidates and validate our understanding of the assignment.

We will conduct an efficient, yet thorough review of the best available interim talent to meet your requirement. This will include a detailed benchmarking process to validate our understanding of the assignment and maximize the value of the search process.

Interview candidates and further refine the assignment requirements.

We will facilitate interviews, feedback, and discussion around the requirements of the assignment to meet the needs of your business challenge. This data can also be used to facilitate an efficient pre-onboarding experience between client, candidates, and Odgers Interim.

Finalize the agreement.

Once you have consensus on a final interim candidate, Odgers Interim will negotiate the terms of the assignment to secure the candidate and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.

Ensure continued success with regular touch bases.
