I work with organizations to advance their digital marketing and client experiences through the creation of digital channel strategies, marketing plans, product roadmaps and then leading teams responsible for implementing/enhancing the digital technology that enables and optimizes these experiences. I work with organizations to attract and retain digital talent that truly possesses the capabilities necessary for modern digital marketing, user experience, and technology delivery. I have achieved success in my career as being the bridge between marketing, design, and technology.
Top Experience/Previous Interim Placements:
Digital Leadership role at IGM Financial with accountability for building and scaling a digital organization from the ground up in a newly formed Toronto office (headquarters are in Winnipeg). This was a consistently high-stress environment with a large change profile each year and crossed Digital Marketing (SEM, SEO, Affiliate, Social), Digital Product (Website experience on Public and Secure Sites), Marketing Technology (CMS, Analytics, Personalization, Segmentation, Email), User Experience and Design as well as Front End Development.
Interim leadership role to build and scale a new agile enablement office, including recruitment of top talent, the development of the agile transformation roadmap and the resulting execution plan for 15+ agile teams at one of the largest Pension Funds in Canada. Charged with organization design and talent mapping of roles within the organization, as well as the development of change management plans, a role-based training curriculum, and measurement framework of team performance and maturity.

I have a deep passion for travel and for entertainment and stress relief, I haven’t met a tennis ball I didn’t want to run down, and I regularly create culinary delights for family and friends.
