Your superpower for managing through a crisis:
Strategic Planning, Relationship Management and Productivity Improvements
At Rogers Communications, when thousands of residential customers had one of their home services disrupted for a few days, I had to immediately inform the business partners as to what the potential financial (i.e. revenue) and non-financial (i.e. churn) impact could be on the company, so that they could fully understand the magnitude of the disruption. I collaborated with Sales, Marketing and the Call Centre to ensure that we created and implemented the correct loyalty offers to retain the customers from churning, along with proper messaging to the customers. I also collaborated with the business to understand the issues that caused the disruption and ensured that fixes and process improvements where in place to avoid further disruptions.
