Emily Bell, Principal, Odgers Interim

Emily Bell is Principal at Odgers Interim – the executive interim division of Odgers Berndtson. She specializes in candidate recruitment and development for senior interim roles across Canada.

Prior to working at Odgers Interim, Emily worked for Sobeys where she held a national recruitment role focused on a variety of senior level positions. She was integral in transforming the talent acquisition function internally and streamlining the retail chain’s recruitment process. Prior to that, she spent seven years in boutique search firms where she specialized in supply chain, logistics, procurement and operations searches. Emily also has operations experience in the manufacturing and retail industries.

Ross Woledge, Partner, Odgers Berndtson

Ross Woledge is Partner and Head of the CFO Practice at Odgers Berndtson.

He leads CFO and senior financial officer searches for clients across all private and public industries in addition to CFO roles within private equity and venture capital owned organizations. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Ross worked for the Association for Executive Search Consultants (AESC) in New York.
