Emily Bell is an Engagement Manager at Odgers Interim – the executive interim division of Odgers Berndtson. She specializes in candidate recruitment and development for senior interim roles across Canada.
Prior to working at Odgers Interim, Emily worked for Sobeys where she held a national recruitment role focused on a variety of senior level positions. She was integral in transforming the talent acquisition function internally and streamlining the retail chain’s recruitment process. Prior to that, she spent seven years in boutique search firms where she specialized in supply chain, logistics, procurement and operations searches. Emily also has operations experience in the manufacturing and retail industries.
Emily pursued a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Dalhousie University. She is passionate about career coaching and volunteers regularly within the industry.
